The modest rear extensions, adapting the original fenestration pattern of the early 20th century house, are the visible signs of an internal refurbishnent that involved replanning much of the interior. The new layout created a large open kitchen/breakfast room, conservatory and utility room. Upper floors have won room space from corridors, as well as adding two new bathrooms and a shower room. Two rear roof terraces can now take full advantage of panoramic views over Central London.
CAP successfully appealed against the Council's refusal of one of the three extensions to complete the scheme.
